This is the first in a series of posts about the non-negotiables in church planting…
There are several elements of a church plant that we feel are non-negotiables. Whether you are talking about Church Planting Solutions or New Life Christian Church, we won’t work with or support a church plant (or church planter) that hasn’t either done or committed to the following:
- assessment (making sure the planter is called)
- boot camp training (equipping the planter )
- coaching (drawing the best out of the planter)
- using solid project management practices (setting the planter up for success)
The following posts will address each of these in more detail.
