Passion for Planting and Compassion by Design just released a “Community Targeting” tool to help church planters take the first important step toward this by establishing a targeted list of community names and organizations. The tool walks the planter through a relatively simple 5 step process to identify the strategic contacts in the community. The planter can then pursue relationships with those most likely to lead to meaning partnerships and visibility within the community.
