Planting Space

I know we’ve written about this before but some things are worth the reminder…

What are you doing to intentionally move people from the fringes to fully committed followers of Christ?

Here’s the deal… if you focus on planting a church you will end up with, at best, a group of people coming to worship. The focus needs to be on making disciples (even better, making disciples from those who are far from Christ). God will grow the church. You need to come up with a strategy BEFORE YOU LAUNCH to lead people through a discipleship process. If you leave it to happen naturally, it won’t. Only things that are bad happen by lack of planning (okay, that may be an overstatement but there’s much more truth in it than you’d like to admit).
